Life’s too brief to hold back and too rare not to savour. I’d rather risk it all than look back with regret. Every challenge, big or small, deserves your very best. Even the regrets — especially the ones I wish I could fix — have shaped who I am today, and who I hope to become. Every success, every failure, has pushed me to strive for something greater, to chase a version of myself that keeps evolving.
Redcliffe State High School Class of 22. I discovered my passion for technology and problem-solving focusing on Digital Solutions and practical subjects, I learned not just how systems work, but how they can solve real-world challenges. Those early experiences set the foundation for my curiosity, adaptability, and drive to take on complex projects.

The year after Year 12, I joined RTM Group. I started out in Software Support, where I dove into the nuts and bolts of how our systems worked. Learning from the ground up gave me a strong technical foundation — but it also sparked a bigger drive: to bridge the gap between technical execution and bigger-picture project outcomes.
As the company expanded, I stepped into the role of Junior Technical Projects Manager. Coordinating initiatives across a portfolio, working with teams and clients to deliver solutions that improve efficiency and save costs. It’s a role that pushed me to grow as a problem solver, collaborator and leader. I continue to work in this capacity to this day.
As I worked in this role, I gained operational experience and understanding of procedures and workflows. This would be recognised, and aligned with my current degree, I moved into Account and Business Development Management where I got to interact with the clients of RTM and drive growth.

I continue to invest in myself academically. I study a Dual Degree of a Master of Business Administration and a Master of International Business at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Both programs are helping me sharpen the way I think about strategy, leadership, and execution.
Beyond work, I’ve been actively volunteering in the QLD State Emergency Services since 2023, currently serving as an Leading Field Operator. I’ve been deployed for major events, including Tropical Cyclone Jasper, Kirrily and Alfred as well as supporting numerous QPS searches. Volunteering in high-pressure scenarios has taught me resilience, rapid decision-making, and the importance of teamwork under stress.

We don’t know what the future holds, or what challenges the world will throw at us — if tomorrow will even come. In a world that often feels chaotic and uncertain, my promise is simple: Integrity, Discipline and Compassion.
